HISTORY
The Elizabeth Arkham Asylum for the Criminally Insane was founded in November 1921 by Dr Amadeus Arkham, its first patient being the killer of Arkham's wife and child, "Mad Dog" Hawkins. It has a dark and tragic history, and in both of its locations it has seemed to be steeped in evil. These days it is mostly home to costumed criminals who are mostly extremely dangerous in their insanity.
