HISTORY

Dumfree and Deever Tweed, two cousins who resemble each other so closely that they are frequently mistaken for twins. They encountered Batman and Robin I several times while conducting miscellaneous criminal enterprises in and around Gotham City. They have been judged criminally insane and are regularly returned to Arkham Asylum, where they encountered The Joker who involved them in one of his schemes.
