HISTORY

The Veil was a minor super-villain in the 1940s, and the Red Mask's partner in crime. Their few recorded activities include a run-in with Captain Triumph. Seemingly possessing some sort of shadow power, the Veil went insane at the end of the decade, and was committed to Arkham Asylum. When last seen, the Veil had degenerated into a gray shadow creature that haunted Arkham, and claimed that "neither he nor his creator is real."
