HISTORY

Vernon Jamson is an inmate at Arkham Asylum who was first seen during the Arkham riot following the earthquake of Gotham City. He entered the asylum on false pretences, feigning insanity, which, according to Dr. Jeremiah Arkham, proved that he belonged there.
