HISTORY

Known on her homeworld as “the Bomb Mistress of Rorc,” Seer Ruggle designs, builds and selectively sells her deadly wares to mercenary and terrorist organizations. It is said six of the last seven planet-destroying blink-bombs detonated in the past century were created by Ruggle. The seventh was likely the bomb that destroyed the planet Xanshi.

Seer Ruggle’s notoriety earned her a place in the Sinestro Corps. She was amongst the thousands on Qward during the capture of Green Lantern Kyle Rayner, and Rayner’s separation from the Ion entity. Seer Ruggle’s activities in the war with the Green Lantern Corps have yet to be detailed, though it is known she supplied a blink-bomb to the Children of the White Lobe to destroy the Green Lantern Mogo. To Ruggle’s extreme disappointment, they were unsuccessful.

The Sinestro Corps was defeated on Earth. Though it has not been confirmed if Seer Ruggle was captured, escaped, or even survived the war, due to the appearance of blink bombs on Okaara, it is likely she is still at large.
