Synopsis: - Batman, Huntress and Plastic Man do their best to stay alive in battle with the General - Wade Eiling's mind inside the body of the former Shaggy Man. Meanwhile, Superman confronts the Ultramarines with the truth about Eiling, and that their powers are slowly killing them. The JLA and the Ultramarines then work together to take down the Shaggy Man and teleport him to an asteroid far, far away. Later, the Ultramarines found the 'International Ultramarine Corps' including representatives from Africa, England, Japan and Ireland. They set up shop over the ruins of Montevideo.
- Hourman arrives on the Watchtower, expecting the JLA to be in the midst of a war with the 5th dimension and for Captain Marvel to be present. And J.J. Thunder discovers the Thunderbolt inside a pen he has.
