Synopsis:

Piper has been arrested for the murder of his parents and Chyre suspects that he is innocent. Meanwhile, Deadline, Deadshot and Merlyn break into Iron Heights and cause carnage, "inspired" by the Joker venom coursing through their veins. The Flash and Linda are unaware of this, as they are visiting Piper in the police cell where he is being held. He is devastated by the death of his parents, but says he's afraid he might have killed them. Deadshot and Merlyn escape from Iron Heights, but Deadline is shot by Warden Wolfe. Merlyn proceeds to Jokerize Piper, while Deadshot injects the venom into Captain Boomerang, revitalizing the Rogue and instantly healing his many broken bones. Boomerang and Piper are soon in conflict, broken eventually by the Flash just as the Joker venom loses its hold on Piper. Later, Piper arrives at Iron Heights, where he is greeted by Wolfe and immediately given a beating by the guards.
