Comment(s):
- Mister Mind has a cameo on the last page. However, the character hadn’t made his official canonical debut yet, so this appearance may just be an out-of-continuity "easter egg".
- Mr. Peirsall is based on the character of Donald Duck, while the bed delivery man is clearly inspired by Goofy. The girl with the snake is based on Betty from Archie comics.
Synopsis: - It looks bad for Mister Mighty in court since most evidence point to him being the killer of Ralph Bartoli. However, Stretch’s daughter Ellie defends him best she can in court.
- The Coordinator improves security in the Hotline HQ after the attack in the last issue. However, while the Hotline crew is diverted by a car accident outside the building, the HQ gets under attack by the supervillain Firebug. The Hotline members (including Zeep the Living Sponge) defeat the villain by cleverly disarming him. But the mastermind behind the Firebug’s attack is still not known.
