OVERVIEW

Widowed when her husband Martin was killed in a liquor store robbery, Belle Jackson, a mother of three children (Naomi, Ruthie, and Dwight), invented a portable microwave device and used it to become a super-heroine. Working with Hero Hotline, she earns enough money to support her family. Although she chose the name “Microwaveabelle” for herself, the staff at the Hotline constantly refer to her as “Microwave Mom”. On a Hotline case, she eventually encountered her husband's killer, who ultimately committed suicide. Microwaveabelle may look like a typical housewife and mother, slightly overweight and worn-out by supporting her family. But the looks are deceiving. Belle is a talented amateur scientist, a natural leader, and a true hero.

Through her marriage to Martin Jackson, Belle is the aunt of Skyrocket (Celia Forrestal) of the Power Company.
