- Some time has elapsed since the last two issues, since word of Kyle's recent actions has spread
Solicitation:
- Green Lantern's efforts to restore order in outer space have brought him some unwanted attention. Stopping criminals and disasters is one thing, but being deemed a god by an entire planet is something he doesn't want to get mixed up in...especially since the local cosmically powered deities don't like competition!
Synopsis:
Green Lantern arrives on the planet Galtea, a peaceful religious world where violence has broken out, apparently caused by a sect which worships him and believes him to be more powerful than the Galtean deity Sarkus. Meanwhile, back on Earth, Terry Berg speaks out on a television show and Merayn searches fruitlessly for employment. On Galtea, Green Lantern fights Sarkus, following the prophecies shown him by the Galtean religious leader, but soon finds he has been tricked - Sarkus forbids all forms of soothsaying. Before long, he discovers that he has been duped by a shape-shifting agent of the Black Circle, an agent who kills himself rather than face the wrath of Amon Sur.
