HISTORY

A group of villains formed by Amon Sur the galaxy-spanning Black Circle are involved in drug-dealing operations between numerous different worlds and employ a range of mercenaries, assassins and other villainous people of many races. Rivals of the Crimson Star Mob, the Black Circle had contacts within lawful organizations, such as the Cosmic Emergency Management Agency. The Black Circle had dealings with the Weaponers of Qward and through the use of the Blind technology, became a threat to entire star systems.

Following the death of Amon Sur it is not known who, if anyone, currently leads the Black Circle.
