OVERVIEW

The sister of Leonard "Captain Cold" Snart, Lisa owed her success as an ice skater to spinning skills taught her by her lover Roscoe Dillon, the Top. When Dillon died, Lisa blamed the Flash and attempted many times to gain her revenge. More recently, she began funding a series of villains called Chillblaine, the last of which double-crossed her and turned her to ice, in which state she was accidentally shattered.
