OVERVIEW

Captain Cold is an enemy of the Flash who uses a freeze gun as his gimmick. His sister Lisa Snart is also a super-villain under the alias Golden Glider.

HISTORY

One of many colourful Rogues who matched wits with the second Flash, Captain Cold's gimmick was a gun which could freeze objects instantly. His sister Lisa Snart also turned super-villain under the alias Golden Glider. After the death of the Flash during the events dubbed the 'Crisis on Infinite Earths', Cold retired along with many of his fellow Rogues and went straight for a number of years.

However, unable to resist the lure of crime, he has been in and out of trouble with the law once more, even selling his soul to the devil Neron in exchange for more power at one point. He is currently based in Keystone City, where he will act for the good, but more often for the bad, spending the money he gains from various thefts on women and booze.
