Synopsis: - The Thinker has taken over the mind and so the body of the Flash, and the Rogues are not pleased; they have worked for so long to bring him down themselves. They work to free the Flash as Captain Cold, Chyre and Morillo free Cyborg and the rest of the police force from the mirror dimension they've been trapped in. The Rogues succeed in freeing Flash, but when they are distracted by a confrontation with the Thinker, Flash disappears, stolen away by Keith Kenyon (Goldface), who reveals that Blacksmith, leader of the Rogues and the Network, is his ex-wife. He has been trying to bring the Network down. Other ex-Rogues have failed: Piper and Heat Wave were hypnotized, others were too frightened. Thinker (in control of Weather Wizard) arrives, but so do Cyborg, Chyre and Morillo. Cyborg battles Thinker, but can do little other than give Wally an idea, bringing Thinker into his mind, but under his own rules...
