HISTORY

A steelworker who fell into a vat of an experimental substance, Tony Woodward's body was transformed into living steel and he became a criminal, eventually incarcerated in Iron Heights penitentiary. He has recently worked alongside Blacksmith and other Rogues, in opposition to the Flash. He is crude and unsubtle in every possible way.
