Synopsis: - A man begins defoliating Gotham, for indiscernible reasons, which angers Poison Ivy, who escapes from her cell to mete out justice to this murderer of plant-kind. The police follow the trail of evidence back to a man who suffers from numerous allergies, presumably hoping his plan will alleviate them. Having lost his re-election campaign, Armand Krol makes a call to his friend Andrew Howe, who is in the process of being fired from a law firm. And when Batman and Robin pursue the defoliater over a drawbridge, the Batmobile plunges towards the river.
