Synopsis: - As Robin, Nightwing and Huntress attempt to quell the rioting on the streets of Gotham, the police department turn to James Gordon for leadership, ignoring Commissioner Howe, who is utterly useless. Meanwhile, Batman pays a visit to Arkham Asylum, where he asks Poison Ivy for help; since she is immune to human viruses, she can take a possible antidote, manufactured from the antibodies in Kendall Stuart's blood, to the Clench into Babylon Towers. Inevitably, once in, she decides to auction the antidote to the highest bidder.
