HISTORY
The Supermanhunter was a one-of-a-kind variation of a Manhunter which appeared only once on the Manhunter homeworld of Orinda. Dubbed "Project Kappa" by the Manhunter Grandmaster, it was designed solely to counter Superman.
POWERS AND WEAPONS
The Supermanhunter presumably featured at least the same strength and durability of its more famous Manhunter baseline model. Its major difference was its armor shell, which was composed of green kryptonite, which is deadly to the Man of Steel.

GLCWP NOTE
It's not surprising the Manhunters created a Supermanhunter, considering they had plotted - and failed - to capture baby Kal-El as told in Adventures of Superman #436 and World of Smallville #3.
