HISTORY

After learning Sinestro was being taken from Oa to his homeworld of Korugar for execution, his followers in the Sinestro Corps staged an ambush on the Green Lanterns. The Sinestro Corps was attacked in turn was attacked by the Red Lanterns, who also wanted Sinestro but for decidedly different reasons. While Red Lantern Atrocitus killed Green Lantern Remnant Nod, Red Lantern Zilius Zox ended the life of the Sinestro Corps soldier of Sector 2332.

The Sinestro Corps soldiers were then taken by the Red Lanterns, presumably to be blood sacrifices on the planet Ysmault in Sector 666. - Final Crisis: Rage of the Red Lanterns #1
