HISTORY

This quiet member of the Force of July had the power to create duplicates of himself. He faced the Outsiders a few times with his team, and even survived the Suicide Squad's attack on the Force of July. It appeared he met his end fighting Kobra's forces during the Janus Directive, but years later he as a member of Freedom's Ring which was later regrouped under S.H.A.D.E.
