OVERVIEW
A group of patriotic themed super-humans founded by B. Eric Blairman, the Force of July first battled the Outsiders but met their match against the Suicide Squad during the Janus Directive.
The majority of the original team is dead. Others have taken up the names of Major Victory and Lady Liberty. A second Force of July had been formed and briefly saw action, opting for high tech weapons and training as opposed to superpowers and costumes.
