Synopsis: - Cat Grant acts as prize-giver for an essay-writing competition just outside Fawcett City. Mary Bromfield is the runner-up in this competition, and José Delgado attends in order to see, though not meet, Cat. The ceremony is attacked by the Arson Fiend, and as everyone finds themselves locked in, both Mary and José change to their superhero identities of the female Captain Marvel and Gangbuster to save the day. Cat and Gangbuster have a tense, brief reunion and the Arson Fiend is captured. It is discovered that the Fiend's nephew had organized the attack in order to appear and rescue everyone, thus winning Mary's heart. Cat wishes that Gangbuster had stayed around afterwards.
