HISTORY

The mild-mannered pipsqueak George Tweedle was transformed by arcane powers into the evil and immensely powerful Arson Fiend. While trying to get his revenge on Billy Batson's uncle Ebenezer, Arson Fiend was battled and defeated by Billy's heroic alter ego, Captain Marvel.
