HISTORY

A wannabe-Rogue with a criminal record involving children, the villain Sandblast thought Captain Boomerang II (Owen Mercer) would help him join Central City's most famous villains. Instead, he was sacrificed to the original Captain Boomerang (Digger Harkness) who was dead and returned as a Black Lantern.
