HISTORY

The villainous Kobra once duplicated several experiments and freak accidents that had taken place in Gotham City during the past decade, in order to build himself a super-powered strikeforce. One of the results was the second Planet Master , modeled after the original, who could simulate the conditions typical to any of the nine planets in our solar system. (For example, he could emit "the cold of Pluto".) As part of Strike Force Kobra, he fought the Outsiders (II), but was defeated and has not been seen since. Although never stated, it is possible that this Planet Master is Edward Burke, former assistant of the first Planet Master. Even years ago, Burke planned to use the original Planet Master's equipment in crime.
