OVERVIEW

Danny Chase and his parents, all C.B.I. spies, were on a mission in Tokyo when the mercenary Godiva II kidnapped the adults. Denied help from the CBI, Danny called in the Titans, revealing whilst rescuing his parents that he had strong telekinetic powers. The Titans then trained him in his abilities, and he served with them for some time until he was fired by Nightwing after the death of Jason Todd. He was thought killed by Wildebeest, but secretly took on the persona of Phantasm. He and Arella died fighting the tainted souls of Azarath, but their essences merged to form a new Phantasm.

POWERS AND WEAPONS

Danny Chase possessed the power of telekinesis and could animate and levitate inanimate objects as well as people. He was generally a smart kid, intellectual well beyond his years but not emotionally mature to match.
