HISTORY

Paul Deisinger was an art teacher at Blue Valley High who, bitter with having failed as an artist, accepted an offer he could not refuse. Endowed with strange color powers by the Dragon King, Deisinger became Paintball and was assigned to capture the Star-Spangled Kid (II). The combined might of Stars and S.T.R.I.P.E. defeated Paintball and reduced him to a puddle of paint. He later reappeared, battling S.T.R.I.P.E. and Impulse, but was dissolved with turpentine and washed away in the drain...
