Synopsis: - Phobia tortures Peter Robinson, preventing him from screaming and forcing him to watch a tape of Doctor Moon torturing Signalman. Meanwhile, Doctor Moon informs Walter Pratt that his grandson Ramsey is not a suitable bone marrow donor, so Pratt has to move to his plan B, telling his daughter Kate to meet him, alone, or face the death of her son. Despite having DEO backup, Kate obeys his instructions, although Chase plants a tracking device on her and asks Dylan about the teleporter he designed for Kate in her Manhunter identity. Todd Rice comes to pick Damon Matthews up for a date, while Walter Pratt is prepped for surgery by drinking an isotope that will destroy his cancerous bone marrow. Kate arrives as Manhunter, soon confronting and killing Doctor Moon. Phobia lashes out in revenge, and Manhunter slips her mask over Phobia's face, though Phobia's retaliation is swift and brutal.
