HISTORY

A member of the British aristocracy, Angela Hawkins III discovered at an early age that she had the psychic ability to project fear in the minds of others. As an adult, Angela was recruited by the Brain to serve in his new Brotherhood of Evil. As Phobia, she has served on and off with the Brotherhood (and their interim version, the Society of Sin) ever since. Their main foes have been the Titans.
