HISTORY
Jer-Em was in Argo City when Krypton was destroyed. The people of Argo survived in deep space, until hope came once more from the hands of Zor-El. The scientist created a jet drive to push their city in the vicinity of a yellow star granting the populace super powers, Jer-Em believed these new found powers, such as flight were against Rao's will and moved the floating city back under the influence of a red star, irreparably damaging the jet drive. He was sentenced to thirty cycles in the Phantom Zone. [1]
