Synopsis: - The JLA pick up the pieces of their adventure in the past. Firestorm and the Atom recover Plastic Man, who has spent the last 3,000 years in pieces at the bottom of the ocean. Green Arrow, Hawkgirl and Nightwing leave the Justice League, as does Jason Blood, but not before he ensures that Manitou Raven will take his place as the team's resident mystic. Other heroes have things they need to deal with as well. After his friend is attacked, Green Lantern needs to leave Earth, and John Stewart takes his place. Martian Manhunter decides he must overcome his fear of fire once and for all. And Aquaman, over-ruling his friend's desires, must face trial in Atlantis. Plastic Man, once he's put back together again, also leaves the JLA; he did a lot of thinking over the 3,000 years, and wants to get to know his estranged son. Those who are left will carry on as the League, and are called into action almost immediately.
