HISTORY

The new Injustice Society was brought together by Johnny Sorrow and consists of various individuals who have clashed, at one time or another, with one or more members of the then-current JSA. The original line-up consisted of Killer Wasp, the Icicle, Blackbriar Thorn, Geomancer, Count Vertigo and the Tigress.

Despite the considerable fire-power and ruthlessness of this group of individuals, they were defeated single-handedly by Wildcat when they invaded the Justice Society's New York headquarters. However, all this was a distraction as Johhny Sorrow set about stealing the essence of the King of Tears.

Some time later, the Injustice Society re-appeared, swelling its ranks with new members Black Adam (who soon decided to work with, rather than against, the JSA), Shiv, and the Thinker IV.

Once again, though they did not know it, they were largely a distraction for Sorrow who was in the process of releasing the King of Tears into the world, a process that could well have brought an end to everything were it not for the JSA.
