Synopsis: - The Rainbow Raider launches a plan to eliminate his color blindness and give himself new powers. By "color-shifting" he causes all color to bleach out of Central City, to Keystone City on Earth-2, disrupting the criminal plans of the Shade there. The Flash and the Shade then have an uneasy pact to stop the Raider.

Synopsis: - Bennie, in his mind a hard-working if unsuccessful criminal, laments he is not as powerful as the successful super-villains. He tries and fails to break into the safe of a couple's house in Forest Hills. After a police chase he and his accomplice Sybil then try stealing toxic waste. Sybil thinks they can ransom it to the mayor for its safe return. The pair is intercepted by Firestorm who gets the barrel of waste away from person and property before it explodes. Though caught once again, Bennie has some consolation that even he matters to a superhero.
