Synopsis:

Gotham's chaos continues, but with Oracle's help, Batman and Robin are able to close in on Two-Face at the hall of records. Robin gets there first and is captured, held in a dual trap with Harvey Kent while Two-Face decides whether or not to torch the hall of records. When Batman arrives on the scene, Two-Face is enraged that the Dark Knight does not do exactly as he had predicted, and so both starts the fire and springs the trap which will kill his prisoners. Both are saved by Batman and Two-Face is brought in at last.
