Synopsis: - The Ratcatcher makes good his escape from incarceration and although Batman and Robin are on hand, he is able to elude them. Later, Batman must attempt to reassure Commissioner Gordon of his good character, and brings Ratcatcher in alone, all too aware that Two-Face is out there somewhere.
