HISTORY

An agent of the Russian government who attempted to capture Negative Woman, who had defected. He was defeated by the Doom Patrol, who in so doing revealed that he was actually a robot.

[Note: This is a different character to Dark Rider I, sometimes also known as Cossack.]

POWERS AND WEAPONS

The Cossack possessed great strength and speed as well as an electron sword. He rode upon a black stallion that could grow wings and fly. It is not known if the stallion was also a robot, but it is likely.
