Synopsis: - The Penguin has escaped from incarceration, and with the help of Harold - a mute hunchback with great technological flair - has learnt how to control birds. He uses them to stage robberies and cause a blackout, and then moves on to his true goal. He uses the birds to kidnap Sherry West, an actress who plays a ruthless character called Heron in a daytime drama, and bring her to his lair.
