HISTORY
The first known Lantern selected from within the Vega system since Alisand'r of Tamaran, Altin Ad'ms of Okaara joined the Corps following the event known as the Blackest Night. Reportedly, Ad'ms is of royal lineage among the Warlords of Okaara.
The Guardians of the Universe recently enacted their fourth of ten laws within the Book of Oa, removing the ban from Green Lanterns entering the Vega system. It has yet be seen what will occur once Larfleeze and his Orange Lantern Corps returns to the Vega system in general, and Okaara specifically.
POWERS AND WEAPONS
Altin Ad'ms is equipped with a Green Lantern power ring and power battery. He is also trained in combat by the Warlords of Okaara.
