HISTORY

A statistical genius who was drafted by the Penguin into joining his gang and using his extraordinary skills in a life of crime. Penguin and Acolyte were opposed by the Batman, but the Penguin was able to escape the clutches of the law, having set himself up as a legitimate casino owner. Instead, the Actuary took the rap for the crimes they had committed.
