HISTORY

One of the earliest villains faced by the Justice League of America, this time traveller was responsible for the Justice League as a whole to meet and propose Superman for membership. He has returned since this point as the head of a dangerous cult which worshipped members of the Justice League and also later faced Cosmic Boy of the Legion of Super-Heroes.
