OVERVIEW

The Weeper was a foe of Bulletman and Alan Armstrong in the 1940s. He committed brilliant crimes, but was constantly heartbroken and cried many tears about it. He was a member of the Revenge Syndicate. At some point, he perished and was replaced by his son.
