OVERVIEW

A member of the U.S. Military unit known as the second Creature Commandos.

It is not known whether he has any relation to Vincent Velcro of the original Commandos. Presumably, he named himself after the original. At least, they don't seem to be one and the same: unlike his predecessor, this Velcro has a more monstrous appearance, red skin and wings that enable him to fly.
