HISTORY

The head of the Odessa Mob, a Russian crime family which moved in on Gotham after its time as a 'No Man's Land' was ended, Kosov was eventually killed as part of Whisper's campaign to take over Gotham City. He was succeeded as head of the Odessa Mob by his son Victor, and later his daughter Alexandra.
