HISTORY
Winslow P. Schott was one of the United Kingdom's most highly respected toymakers, but was fired from his job as time went by because his ideas were behind the times. He tried to use weapons which looked like toys to murder his former employers, tangling with the British hero Godiva before escaping to Metropolis. Here he has become a thorn in the side of Superman, using an incredible skill in robotics to create ever more dangerous 'toys'. His sole redeeming feature is a deep love of children.
