HISTORY

Chama Sierra was one of many people who struck a deal with the devil Neron to gain powers. He developed the cat-like personality of this ancient god, and was defeated by the Green Arrow (Connor Hawke).

He was later 'jokerized' and, although working with a female counterpart, Panara, was stopped by Blue Beetle and Robin. This Tezcatlipoca claims to be the same as the god, but isn't, he just has delusions of grandeur.
