HISTORY

Admitting that he does not care about people, but hates it when animals suffer, Tobias Manning is a dedicated environmentalist who claims to work for the greater good of the Earth, while not refraining from violence and even killing to fulfill his agenda. As the Terra-Man, he has the power to do it. Beneath his long, gray Western-style coat, he wears a body armor which gives him great strength and enables him to produce force blasts and generate tornadoes. To his help, he has used robotic Terra-Men (dressed like Western bandits). Terra-Man has clashed repeatedly with Superman and the Metropolis S.C.U. He was also involved during the Joker's "Last Laugh" riot, although that has not been confirmed.

Terra-Man was killed by Black Adam outside the Kandaq Embassy in New York City. - 52 #3
