HISTORY

Assistant of the villain Roulette II, owner of the House - a gambling club for super-villains. Tap was responsible for the Arena, where super-heroes were pitted against each other to fight to their deaths. Tap had the power to diminish their powers to make the fights more equal. He was killed by a War Hound of Apokolips running amuck.
