- The radium-eating beast is said to be native to Krypton but no explanation is given as to how it could have survived Krypton's destruction More importantly, why instead of Kryptonians super powers it had kryptonite vision which did not hrm the beast, Furthermore, Superboy was somehow able to take away all its powers making it a "normal" animal which he brought to the zoo.
