OVERVIEW

The "Suicide Slum" area of Metropolis has been a poor slum area for decades. The Newsboy Legion, Jim "Guardian" Harper, Lex Luthor, Jimmy Olsen, Jefferson "Black Lightning" Pierce, Bibbo, and Professor Emil Hamilton have all lived here. Recently, the area was turned into a toxic mutation area by Brainiac-13.
