HISTORY
An intern at the Metropolis newspaper The Daily Planet, Jimmy Olsen was persuaded by reporters Lois Lane and Clark Kent to get a full-time job with the 'paper, which he did, graduating from office boy to photographer when his flair with the camera became obvious. He has also become firm friends with the heroes who defend Metropolis, most notably the Guardian and Superman. He has grown into a brave man with a good heart, though he does have a weakness where beautiful women are concerned.
